Richard L. Truehart, Jr. , began his career in the home building industry in 1972. His brother, Paul Truehart, began his landscaping and paving business in 1978. Originally from Easthampton, MA, both brothers now reside in nearby Southampton.

Pomeroy Village Condominiums, completed in 2006 and located at 22 Pomeroy Meadow Road in Southampton, MA. was the third condominium project on which they have combined their considerable talent and craftsmanship. This two-phase village consisted of 31 units, 13 buildings (5 triple units and 8 double units.

Previous to Pomeroy Village Condominiums, they designed and built Parc Commons in Southampton, MA and South Street Condominiums at 64 South Street, Easthampton, MA.
